## Support

If this documentation does not solve your problem, email us at [adi-support@agentic-data.com](mailto:adi-support@agentic-data.com).

Alternatively, you may report issues relating to any public repositories by submitting an issue on GitHub. A GitHub issue is a public channel and is for code and documentation defects only. Please do not include customer content in a GitHub issue, including contract files, structured requests, query results, log extracts or personal data. Where your issue concerns your own data or configuration, use the support address above instead.

Tell us enough to understand the issue, and leave out anything sensitive or confidential.

Your submission is under our Privacy Policy where we act as Controller, and under the relevant DPA where we act as Processor.

## Security

If you have a security issue to report, contact us at [security@agentic-data.com](mailto:security@agentic-data.com) and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Please do not report a security issue by opening a public GitHub issue. If you would prefer to report through GitHub, use private vulnerability reporting on the relevant repository rather than a public issue.

Tell us enough to understand the issue and how critical it is, and again leave out anything sensitive or confidential.

A security report is covered the same way: our Privacy Policy where we act as Controller, and the relevant DPA where we act as Processor.

We welcome responsible reporting of security issues, but do not run a bug bounty programme at this time.
